1935 Peace Dollar, MS66+
High-End Final-Year Example
1935 $1 MS66+ NGC. The 1935 is the last Peace dollar from
the Philadelphia Mint. It is typically seen in MS65 and lower
grades, although Premium Gems are collectible for patient
specialists. This Plus-graded piece displays satiny luster with
highlights of lavender-gray and sea-green toning, which add to the
outstanding eye appeal. No major abrasions are seen. Finer 1935
Peace dollars are notable rarities. Census: 28 in 66+, 7 finer
