1928-S 5C MS65 PCGS. A shimmering pearl-gray Gem with an uncommonly sharp strike on the centers of the major devices. Slight weakness on the tops of LIBERTY and STATES is of little importance. Virtually free from contact or carbon, and desirable to the specialist as such. Population: 89 in 65 (5 in 65+), 14 finer (5/18).
