1909-S/S 1C S Over Horizontal S, FS-1502, MS66+ Red PCGS.
CAC. The mintmark is repunched on this Guide Book
variety, although the first impression was positioned horizontally.
On this coin, the mintmark feature is faint but evident with a 10x
loupe. PCGS has only certified three FS-1502 representatives finer
(4/19), making this Plus-graded Premium Gem Red coin a contender
for even the finest Registry Sets. The coin is boldly struck and
vibrantly lustrous with original golden-orange mint luster. Neither
side exhibits abrasions or carbon.From The ACW Collection.
