Edward VIII gold Proof Fantasy Crown 1936-Dated (1955) PR67 Cameo PCGS, KM-XM1c, Giordano-FM5d. 36.08gm. 1955 Hearn Issue. Plain Edge. EDWARD · VIII · KING · & · EMPEROR. Bust left / Elephant walking right. The Ceylon flavor of the Edward VIII fantasy coinage produced throughout the 20th century by various outfits. This particular specimen is from the Geoffrey Hearn productions of the 1950s, manufactured by Pinches of London. Reportedly struck to a mintage of a mere 10 pieces, none of which have ever surfaced at Heritage before; rare as such.
