1859 10C F-102, R.5, PR65 PCGS. Surviving from just the second year of large-scale proof coinage and distribution to collectors, this lovely Gem proof exhibits fully mirrored fields and contrasting devices beneath lovely gold and iridescent toning. The F-102 die pair is considerably rarer than the usual F-101 proofs. Population: 34 in 65 (1 in 65+), 17 finer (7/19).
