1879 10C F-102, R.3, PR66 NGC. CAC. Strong contrast exists between the frosted motifs and the mirrorlike fields, although undesignated on the previous generation NGC holder. The peripheries are cloaked in cobalt-blue and russet-brown toning, while the central devices are largely frost-white. The strike is razor-sharp throughout both sides.
