1928-D 10C MS64 Full Bands PCGS. The shining silver-white surfaces of this late 1920s mintmarked issue show small sections of reddish-gold patina. Decisively struck with a handful of wispy marks that account for the grade. PCGS has graded 81 numerically finer Full Bands coins (2/11).From The J.
