One of the Finest Surviving Examples
1905 25C PR67 NGC. CAC. Deeply mirrored fields contrast
superbly with untoned, pale-silver design elements to create a
jaw-dropping "black and white" look that certainly strongly
influenced CAC's stickering decision. Even thorough examination
with a loupe will render it difficult to find any traces of
weakness. This is one of the finest surviving 1905 proof quarters,
with PCGS and NGC having only assigned higher grades eight and 4
