1854 10C Arrows MS66 NGC. After the weight was reduced in 1853, mintages increased dramatically, with far higher survival rates. This Premium Gem displays satiny luster beneath lavish golden-brown, powder-blue, and lavender toning. The design motifs are boldly detailed.
