1815/2 O-101 Half Dollar, XF40
Early Die State
1815/2 50C O-101, R.2, XF40 NGC. The marginally more
plentiful early die state, without the crack running through 50 C.
on the reverse. Detail is in keeping with the XF grade level,
complementing light gray patina overall. The overdate feature is
visible with a loupe. Only one die variety is known for the 1815
half dollar, making an O-101 coin essential for date and Guide
