1866 3CN MS66+ PCGS. CAC. The 1866 three cent nickel is one of the more readily available issues in the series overall, but it becomes conditionally scarce in Premium Gem condition, and finer pieces are rare. This Plus-designated MS66 coin showcases thickly frosty golden-gray luster and seemingly undisturbed surfaces. Both sides are deeply clashed, with the marks plainly visible to the naked eye. Population: 29 in 66 (4 in 66+), 2 finer (3/15).(Registry values: N1793)
