Description

1878-CC Dollar, MS66
Scarce in High Grade

1878-CC $1 MS66 NGC. Unlike the P and S-mint counterparts from this initial year of issue, the CC is a scarce and valuable dollar in high grades. This is an untoned example that has a couple of freckles of color scattered over each side. The strike is complete, as always, and there are no mentionable abrasions on this highly lustrous coin.(Registry values: P4, N2998)
