1863 1C MS66 PCGS. CAC. Peach-red and jade-green intermingle across this lustrous and mark-free Premium Gem. The strike is precise except on the upper feathertips. A few minuscule obverse flecks preclude perfection. A then-record number of cents were struck in 1863, but failed to circulate due to the Civil War.
