Scarce at all grade levels, the low-mintage 1872-CC Seated dollar has seen a total of 246 grading events at PCGS, including an unknown number of resubmission (7/19). This VF example resides in an older PCGS holder with a light-green label. The evenly worn cream-gray surfaces are free of significant distractions. The letters LI-RTY in LIBERTY are visible. An attractive example of this important key issue for the grade.
