1881-S dollars, this brilliant Morgan has semiprooflike fields and
satiny devices. A 10x loupe fails to reveal a single noteworthy
flaw, with even the sharpness of the strike being impressive. The
1881-S is among the most plentiful dates in the series and an ideal
choice for type collectors seeking a Morgan dollar in the lofty
MS68 grade. PCGS lists two finer non-Prooflike coins, plus five
Prooflike pieces and one Deep Mirror Prooflike coin in MS68
