Seldom Seen so Starkly Contrasted
1951 50C PR65 Ultra Cameo NGC. Deep Cameo examples of the
1951 proof Franklin are scarce. This brilliant Gem boasts stark
white-on-black contrast with heavily frosted devices and deeply
mirrored fields. The strike is full, and the only grade-limiting
flaws are a few trivial lines in the fields from poor handling.
