Appealing AU50 1850-O Ten Dollar
1850-O $10 AU50 NGC. Garrett and Guth describe this issue as one of the better struck dates from the New Orleans Mint. This AU example seems to confirm that opinion, as all of the design elements are crisply reproduced. Even green-gold coloration covers both sides, and the fields exhibit considerable semiprooflikeness. Moderately worn with numerous small marks and pinscratches from circulation.
