1853 H10C Arrows MS67 PCGS Secure. The 1853 is one of the two most plentiful With Arrows half dime issues and is, therefore, popular as a type coin. Superb Gem examples, however, are rarely located. This piece is among the finest known. Sharp design elements and frosty mint luster appear over unabraded surfaces. The interiors show light golden toning, while the borders have deeper amber, russet, and teal coloration. Population: 13 in 67 (2 in 67+), 0 finer (5/18).(Registry values: N4719)
