1822 B-1 Quarter, Attractive MS62
1822 25C B-1, R.2, MS62 PCGS. Uncirculated 1822 quarters are rare in comparison to several other Capped Bust, Large Size issues. This toned coin shows autumn-gold, amber-red, cottonwood-green, lavender, and pale blue hues cast across softly lustrous surfaces. Few noticeable abrasions are present, as each side exhibits mostly light handling marks on the high points of the devices. An eye-appealing coin for the grade. Population (all varieties included): 10 in 62, 8 finer (10/16).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23RN, Variety PCGS# 38969, Base PCGS# 5332)
