Beautifully Centered, Trace Luster Remains

1796 $1 Large Date, Small Letters, B-5, BB-65, R.2, XF45 NGC. Bowers Die State IV. The die lump between I and C of AMERICA extends downward, touching the curve of C. This attractive, Choice XF example is boldly struck and free of adjustment marks. Light wear appears on Liberty's head and shoulder, as well as on the eagle's breast, but the devices remain crisp.
