Description

1910-D Five Dollar, MS64
Overlooked and Underappreciated

1910-D $5 MS64 PCGS. Unlike the 1910-D eagle, the half eagle is a scarce and overlooked issue. Only 193,600 pieces were struck and high-grade Mint State pieces are very elusive. Only 29 coins have been so graded by NGC with a mere four pieces in finer grades (7/19). Sharply struck, this piece has rich reddish tinged mint luster and there are no obvious abrasions on either side.(Registry values: N4719)

Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 28DL, PCGS# 8518, Greysheet# 9322)
