1884 3CN MS66 PCGS. Frosty with a virtually untoned silver-gray appearance. One of the most difficult of all business strike Three Cent Nickel issues, particularly in this near-ultimate grade, from a mintage of just 1,700 pieces. Very few survive today. Presently, this is the finest MS67 at PCGS, with one coin finer (1/05)
