1794 S-49, B-41 Cent, VF30
Heavy Obverse Die Crack
1794 1C Head of 1794 VF30 PCGS. S-49, B-41, R.2. The heavy
obverse die crack through the upright of the E in LIBERTY
identifies the variety in later die states. Mahogany and
steel-brown surfaces have a few splashes of reddish-tan on the
reverse. The lower obverse and upper reverse are weakly defined.
