1874-S $20 MS61 PCGS Secure. Small squat S. The 1874-S Liberty double eagle claims a large mintage of 1.2 million pieces but the coins circulated widely and the issue is somewhat scarce in grades above the MS61 level. This well-detailed Mint State example exhibits lustrous orange-gold surfaces with the normal amount of chatter in the fields and some scattered, minor contact marks on the devices.(Registry values: N2998)
