Gem 2000-P Massachusetts Quarter
Struck on an Experimental Planchet
2000-P Massachusetts Quarter--Struck on a 100-Grain Experimental
Planchet--MS65 PCGS. Weight listed, but curiously not
composition. While most of the experimental-planchet Statehood
quarters come from 1999, a few, such as this Massachusetts piece,
are dated 2000. Color is bright yellow, and the strike is pleasing
overall with only a few rim irregularities noted.
