1870-CC Seated Dollar, AU Details
Iconic Old West Type Coin
1870-CC $1 OC-8, High R.4 -- Whizzed -- NGC Details. AU. The
1870-CC has a mintage of only 12,462 pieces, yet it is the most
available of the four Carson City Seated dollar issues. Thus, it is
often selected to represent the design within Old West type
collections. The present brilliant coin approaches Mint State
sharpness, and the eagle is lustrous. The fields are whizzed and
have a hairlined watery appearance. A cluster of tiny marks is
