1807 50C Capped, Large Stars, 50/20 XF45 NGC. O-112, R.1. The upper curve of the erroneous 2 is clearly seen beneath the 5 of 50 C. on the reverse. A lightly circulated example of this popular variety, with significant mint luster remaining beneath pale golden-gray patina overall.
