1794 1C Head of 1793--Scratched, Corroded--NGC. Fine Details. S-18 (probably b), R.4. The obverse has several prominent scratches across Liberty's cheek, and both sides have light to moderate surface roughness. Both sides are medium olive with darker steel toning around the devices on both sides. EAC 5.(Registry values: P1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 223M, PCGS# 1362, Greysheet# 714)
