1858 1C Small Letters MS62 PCGS. Snow-11. Low Leaves Reverse. Open E in ONE hubbed over a Closed E. The die cracks atop the 185 in the date, and the MER in AMERICA, correspond to the Snow variety description. Dusky to deep gunmetal toning accompanies lighter peach-red and butter-gold shades. Smooth save for a few marks on the lower left obverse quadrant.
