Description
Uncertified 1949 Double Mint Set. The coins remain housed in the issued cardboard holders with green paper covers. No outer envelope is present. The Philadelphia Mint quarters and halves and the 1949-S dimes are moderately but attractively toned. The 1949-D cents exhibit iridescent patina, and the remainder of the coins are lightly toned. The median grade for the coins in the set is MS63. No 1949-S quarters were struck.Auction Info
