1873 G$1 Closed 3 MS62 PCGS. While the 1873 Open 3 is as available as any later date within the gold dollar series, the Closed 3 is a different matter. Just 1,800 business strikes were coined, and few among those were set aside. This is an unblemished sun-gold representative with good luster and prominent obverse clashmarks.
