Description

1934-D Half Dollar, Lovely MS66
Razor-Sharp Impression

1934-D 50C MS66 PCGS. CAC. Ex: Duckor. PCGS founder and series specialist David Hall calls the 1934-D "one of the very rarest of the 1934-1947 Walkers in mint state condition." Certainly, locating a example finer than this fully struck Premium Gem will prove extremely difficult. Both sides are bright and satiny with the slightest trace of golden-olive color -- a hallmark of originality and one of the coin's many appreciable qualities. PCGS has graded four finer examples. CAC: 26% of submissions for this issue/grade passed. 32 in 66, 1 finer (11/17).
