1852-C Gold Dollar, MS62
Elusive in All Grades

1852-C G$1 MS62 PCGS. Variety 2. This elusive Charlotte issue has a mintage of just 9,434 pieces. The yellow-gold surfaces of this MS62 specimen reveal a plethora of minute marks, largely unobtrusive. The design features are well brought up, though the second L and A in DOLLAR are soft, as typically seen. Population: 6 in 62, 12 finer (4/12).(Registry values: N4719)
