Description

1920-D Dime, MS65 Full Bands
Exceptional Quality

1920-D 10C MS65 Full Bands PCGS. Although more than 19 million dimes were minted in Denver in 1920, few Gem or finer pieces exist, and the issue is rare with Full Bands. This example is particularly sharp. Notably strong detail occurs on the bands and the date. Marks are microscopic and minimal. This is a deeply toned dime with melded violet, blue, and gold toning set aglow with vibrant mint luster. Destined for an advanced set of toned Mercury dimes.
