1937 25C PR68 NGC. This exquisite Superb Gem proof exhibits
wispy blue toning on its fully brilliant silver surfaces with
lightly mirrored fields and sharply defined, satiny devices. NGC
and PCGS have a combined population of 20 pieces in PR68 and one in
PR69. There are no certified examples with Cameo contrast in any
grade. Census: 17 in 68 (2 in 68 ★ ), 1 finer
