1863 H10C Fine 12 ANACS. Electric-blue, chestnut, orange, and pearl-gray colors consume this scarce date survivor. A couple of marks near the raised arm, but otherwise problem-free. About half of LIBERTY is present. A scant 18,00 pieces were produced.(#4382) (Registry values: N491)
