1939 25C PR67+ PCGS. CAC. This well-mirrored Superb Gem proof 1939 Washington quarter is very nearly the finest graded at PCGS, with the exception of three examples in PR68. Light but lovely patina accentuates the excellent eye appeal and top-notch preservation. Population: 5 in 67+, 3 finer.
