Uncommon 1924-S Double Eagle, MS62
1924-S $20 MS62 NGC. Even surface "chatter" is seen on both sides, with no mark worthy of individual mention. While the cumulative effect of the abrasions limit the grade, the luster is full and the color is rich and even. A high-end representative for the grade. European holdings have thankfully made this issue more available to collectors today, but it is by no means a common coin.
