1942/1-D Dime, MS64 Full Bands
Rare, High-Grade Overdate
1942/1-D 10C FS-101 MS64 Full Bands PCGS. A pleasing and
lustrous near-Gem of this difficult mint error. The strike is
strong throughout, and the obverse is especially well-preserved.
Delicately toned in cream and gold tints. Minor contact near
PLURIBUS and a tiny spot on the T in UNITED are appropriate for the
grade. Population: 47 in 64 Full Bands, 32 finer (9/16).Ex: FUN Signature (Heritage, 1/2007), lot 2770.
