BG-1208, Exuberant Prooflike Luster
1872 $1 Indian Round 1 Dollar, BG-1208, Low R.6, MS63 PCGS.
The Indian Head 1872 Round BG-1208 is distinguished by the presence
of the word TOKEN in the reverse legend, while the BG-1206 and
BG-1207 lack it. This Select piece is certified in an old
green-label holder and shows exuberant luster over typically
prooflike greenish-gold surfaces. The strike on reverse is soft
through the center, but this is a super example for the grade.
