2007-D Cent on a Feeder Finger End
Prooflike MS67
2007-D 1C Lincoln Cent -- Struck on Feeder Finger End -- MS67
Prooflike NGC. 1.7 gm. Shaped vaguely like the state of
Virginia, this white metal cent has a full date and mintmark though
most of UNITED STATES is off the flan. The feeder finger failed to
properly retract and the end was sheared off during a subsequent
strike. The coin is double struck with moderate diagonal
displacement between strikes. The obverse center has a struck-in
fragment of copper and zinc alloy.
