1800 $5 BD-2, High R.3 -- Cleaned -- PCGS Genuine. AU Details. Bass-Dannreuther Die State c/d. A fairly plentiful variety in the context of early half eagles but still scarce overall. This AU-level BD-2 coin is evenly struck and sharp around the peripheries but with mild weakness on the central high points. The surfaces are bright yellow-gold, consistent with a light cleaning.
