1878 $3 MS62 PCGS. A primarily apricot-gold type representative. Lustrous and well struck with generally smooth surfaces, though we note moderate field marks near the lips and a thin vertical mark west of the left ribbon end. The reverse is lightly die doubled on the RS in DOLLARS and the upper right portion of the wreath.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25MZ, PCGS# 8000, Greysheet# 8649)
