Highly Lustrous, Superb Gem 1858 Half Dime

1858 H10C MS67 PCGS. The 1858 is one of the more available dates among With Stars half dimes with 3.5 million pieces produced. This is one of the absolute finest examples known of the date as well one of the finest of the type. The mint luster is thick and heavily frosted, this being an obviously original and untampered coin. Pale rose coloration is seen over each side of this mostly brilliant coin. Well, but not fully struck with die clashing seen on both obverse and reverse. Exceptional quality. Population: 10 in 67, 1 finer (7/04).(#4367) (Registry values: N2998)
