Description
1931-S MS 66 PCGS. Deeply lustrous, with a hard, metallic sheen noted on the obverse and the reverse. Lightly toned to a very satisfying degree. Boldly struck and essentially perfect. Out of the 1,559 pieces examined so far by PCGS (6/95), only 28 have made this grade. Even more important, none have been graded higher by them.
