Ultra Cameo Superb Gem 1859 Half Dime
1859 H10C PR67 Ultra Cameo NGC. A fully brilliant Superb Gem with outstanding contrast between the deeply mirrored fields and the ice-white devices. Exquisitely struck and lovingly preserved. A faint lintmark (as struck) below the 5 in the date pedigrees this specimen. The only year of the type with hollow centers on the stars. This is the only proof stars obverse Seated Half Dime that has received an Ultra Cameo designation from NGC.(#94438) (Registry values: P4)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 235P, PCGS# 94438, Greysheet# 3911)
