1822 1C AU58 NGC. N-5, R.3. This is a smooth, glossy representative with rich chocolate-brown color and just a few dark spots. The obverse stars are flat, but the central design elements are sharply defined. A trace of highpoint wear on the back of Liberty's head prevents a Mint State designation.
