1923-S Silver Dollar, MS65
Remarkable Obverse Toning
1923-S $1 MS65 PCGS. CAC. Dramatic cherry-red, lemon-gold,
and forest-green toning alternates across the obverse. The reverse
has similar but much more subtle shades near the border. The
central reverse is pearl-gray. Lustrous and nicely struck with a
few obverse abrasions noted beneath the toning.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 257H, PCGS# 7362, Greysheet# 7902)
