1868 $1 Liberty Octagonal 1 Dollar, BG-1105, High R.4, MS62 PCGS. The sole 1868 octagonal dollar variety, interesting for a bean-shaped wreath bow and a prominent chin on the bust of Liberty. The yellow-gold surfaces are glassy and show the incompleteness on DOLLAR characteristic of BG-1105. One thin mark noted through star 1. Population: 14 in 62, 18 finer (3/13).
