Collectible Gem Proof 1863 Seated Dime

1863 10C PR66 NGC. One of only 460 proofs, the 1863 Dimes have the lowest proof mintage of all Legend dimes. Most of the design elements on this specimen reveal a light golden-gray-tan color, which contrasts noticeably with darker gunmetal-blue and dark tan fields, giving the piece a cameo-like effect. The design elements are sharply impressed, further enhancing the coin's eye appeal. No contact marks are apparent on the well preserved surfaces.
